COVID statement:
Although COVID-19 is no longer declared a pandemic, it is still extremely contagious, especially to those who are unvaccinated or have a weakened immune system. The Festival cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19.
Masks, regular hand washing, and social distancing are all encouraged. Please stay home if you do not feel well or have been exposed to someone who may have had COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Ultimately, it is up to audience members to feel if they are comfortable attending. Check local case numbers in making the decision to attend in-person or participate virtually.
If a ticket is purchased but needs to be transferred to become a virtual ticket due to COVID, please contact us right away.

The DisabiliTease Festival’s venue has increased circulation and will have hand sanitizer and masks available to reduce the spread of infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. However, the Festival cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19.
By purchasing tickets for the in-person show, I,
- acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19;
- voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Festival, which exposure or infection may come from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, DTF employees, volunteers, the venue and other participants;
- acknowledge that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death; and
- hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless DTF and the venue, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any injury to me resulting from being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 in connection with my attendance at a DTF event (including claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of DTF, its employees, agents, and representatives)
In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not attend our in-person show. By attending the event, you certify that no members of your party fall into any of the following categories and will alert the DisabiliTease Festival if that changes:
- Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath, among others;
- Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19 or;
- Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.
